These food images were created for the Relais & Châteaux Saint-James’ starred chef Nicolas Magie and his pastry partner chef Sebastien Bertin … The “only” brief from the Chefs was: “Keep the product in mind. No special effect, the product only, thru your eyes” A brief that I had no difficulty to keep in mind… No faking in post-production, no superposition, but stifling heat for the second session: 30°c (86° Fahrenheit) under the shade!
Sometimes one has to work fast…
